Safety

A plan is not a permission to send, spend, or publish.

The edge is written down on the company record, including the work that must stay with a person.

[ 01 / A PERSON STILL OWNS THE EXCEPTION ]

Automation has a written edge

The company form is where that edge is set, before a tool is chosen.

You say how much of the repeated work should run without a person. You also say what must never be automated: a customer, a refund, a clinical note, a credit decision, or whatever the business actually refuses to hand over. We treat that as a limit on the roadmap.

Opening the account does not switch anything on in your phone, inbox, or ledger. Those connections happen inside a job that has been agreed, on accounts that are yours.

[ 02 / THE ASSISTANT ]

It can change the plan. It cannot invent the catalogue.

The assistant is a convenience on top of the same pages you can click.

It may search the published builds, add or remove one, change a quantity, and record a system you already run. An id it adds has to be one the search just returned. If nothing matches, it is told to say so, not to describe a build that does not exist. It can send the plan to the review queue only when you have asked it to. That send is the same queue as the company record. It is not an email to your customers, and it is not a charge.

Any total it states is a sum of published bands. It is instructed to say that, and never to call the sum a quote. Your volumes, the mess of the current systems, and what a review would find are all outside that sum.

The recent thread is sent to Anthropic so a reply can be written, and only when the assistant is switched on. A deployment without it still has the plan, the company record, and the catalogue. The model does not get a path that sends a message to your customer or moves money.

If it refuses a request, it says so and asks you to describe the job. The walkthrough that points around the product starts only when you click Walkthrough.

[ 03 / THE REVIEW QUEUE ]

A status is not an invoice

Things you send us land on the organisation, as a record.

Staff see a submission as With us, Needs info, Quoted, or Closed. Quoted means we have answered with a proposal. It does not charge a card, because the account does not have one.

A reply is shown under Messages from us on Plan, and on Tools. We do not email that reply. If you were expecting a letter, it is in the account.

Nothing on Plan bills you. A paid build exists only as a written agreement after that conversation, under the name of the tier you actually chose.

Read who can see the account, and what we keep.

Safety without the security page is a promise about a door nobody described.

[ 09 / QUESTIONS ]

The short version

The long version is above. These are the lines people look for.

Can the assistant email my customers?

No. It can change the plan, record a system you already run, and, if you ask, send that plan to our review queue. It has no path that messages your customer or moves money.

Does Quoted mean I owe something?

No. It is a reply in the review queue. A charge needs a written agreement.

What if I do not want a step automated?

Say so on the company record, in the field for what must never be automated. That answer is a limit on the roadmap.
